How is pricing calculated?
Photography coverage is $225 per hour with a two-hour minimum, and half-day and full-day rates bring the hourly cost down. The headshot lounge is $300 per hour. Send your date, venue and schedule and we'll reply with an exact quote within one business day.
Can the headshot lounge run during our conference?
Yes. The lounge works as an attendee perk alongside conference coverage, set up at your venue or booth.
How are multi-day conference galleries delivered?
In one private gallery organized by day and session, delivered within 5 business days after the event.
Can we add video to a photography booking?
Yes. Event highlight videos, interviews and promotional videos are available on request. Mention it in your quote request.
Are you insured?
Yes. Eze Creatives is fully insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue on request.
Do you work outside metro Atlanta?
Yes. There's no travel fee within metro Atlanta, and travel beyond the metro is quoted upfront.
