If you are planning a conference, sales kickoff, awards night or holiday party in Atlanta, the photography line in your budget usually comes down to three things: how many hours you need covered, how many photographers it takes, and how fast you need the photos. This guide uses our own 2026 prices, so the numbers below are real quotes you can plan with.

The short answer

For most corporate events in Atlanta, plan on $450 to $2,650 for photography:

• 2-hour reception or networking event: $450 (our 2-hour minimum at $225 per hour)
• Half-day meeting or kickoff (4 hours): $900
• Full conference day: $1,750
• Half-day kickoff package with headshots and same-day photos: $1,595
• Full-day kickoff package: $2,650

Everything above includes editing and an online gallery delivered in 2 to 3 business days.

Hourly coverage: $225 per hour

Hourly pricing works best for events with a clear start and end: a reception, a product launch, a networking hour, an awards dinner. Our rate is $225 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Coverage includes the room, the people, speakers, sponsors and the candid moments in between.

When hourly makes sense: the event is under 5 hours, there is one main room, and you know the run of show.

Conference day: $1,750

A conference day is different from a long event. There are keynotes, breakouts, an expo floor, sponsor activations and a reception, often at the same time. Our conference day rate covers a full day on site and is usually cheaper than paying hourly for the same time.

If the general session and breakouts overlap, a second photographer is the difference between “we got the keynote” and “we got the whole program.” We work as a two-photographer team when the schedule needs it, and we will tell you up front if it does.

Headshots: from $300 per hour

A headshot station at your event is one of the best-value add-ons. Attendees walk away with a professional LinkedIn photo, and your marketing team gets consistent portraits for speaker pages and the company website. Our headshot lounge starts at $300 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

Same-day and fast delivery

Standard delivery is an edited gallery in 2 to 3 business days. If you need photos sooner:

• Same-day social set, $250: 10 to 15 edited photos delivered within 2 hours of the end of the event, so your team can post while the event is still trending.
• 24-hour full gallery, $200: the complete edited gallery the next day.

Kickoff packages

January and February are kickoff season in Atlanta. Because kickoffs need event coverage, headshots and fast social photos on the same day, we package them:

• Half day, $1,595: 4 hours of event coverage, 2 hours of headshots and a same-day social set.
• Full day, $2,650: 8 hours of event coverage, 3 hours of headshots and a same-day social set.

Video

Video is available on request with our videographer. A 60 to 90 second highlight film starts at $1,200 (up to 4 hours of filming, one revision). Additional hours are $250, and a 30-second reel is an extra $250.

What changes the price

1. Hours on site. The biggest factor. Send us the run of show and we will tell you which hours actually need coverage.
2. Number of photographers. Overlapping sessions or a big expo floor may need two.
3. Turnaround. Same-day and 24-hour delivery cost extra because editing happens overnight or on site.
4. Add-ons. Headshots and video.
5. Location. Within metro Atlanta there is no travel fee: Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Alpharetta, Cobb Galleria and the Georgia World Congress Center are all covered.
